Adcore: Statement with regard to Extra General meeting in Adcore, July 9 2001

After consideration I have decided to support the proposal from Adcore’s Board of Directors to the EGM as it is described in the notification which was published on June 21 as well as the subsequent statements being published thereafter.
This means, that the full shareholding of berens partner technology capital AG, in total 16 319 876 shares, representing 10,8% of the total number of shares and votes in Adcore, will support the proposal of the Board of Directors to the shareholders on the EGM July 9 2001.
