Klövern AB (publ) has signed a contract for sale of the property Hotellet 26 in Nyköping. The sale price amounts to around SEK 90 million.
The property Hotellet 26 is a centrally located hotel and retail property, consisting of approximately 4,800 sq.m. Handover of the property will take place on 17 April 2013.
