A record result!
“We are proud to present Klövern’s best result ever. This result, exceeding SEK 1.2 billion, is based on fantastic letting work and a buoyant economy. Our target for the year was net moving in of SEK 25 million. In fact, we achieved SEK 36 million. Our result shows that local presence and high level of commitment from staff paid off.
The positive changes in the property values is mainly due to successful improvement projects leading to increased occupancy rate but also to a general rise in property prices resulting from increased rental levels and reduced required yields.
We now have 99 per cent of the rental income at our ten prioritised locations. With a strong organisation and a good customer base, we are better equipped for 2008 than ever. We see a continued great potential in remaining vacancies and building rights”, says Klövern’s CEO, Gustaf Hermelin.
