Strong increase in income and volume for Klövern

Klövern’s net profit for the period January-September 2004 increased by 98 per cent to SEK 125 million compared with the same period last year. Since the end of September 2003 and up to the same time in 2004, the lettable area has increased by 40 per cent to approximately 773,000 sq.m.
Klövern is one of the leading players for commercial properties in the cities Karlstad, Norrköping, Nyköping, Västerås and Örebro. In all of these cities, the space totals at least 100,000 sq.m. or the rental value SEK 50 million.
