Positive development in Klövern
“Notable for Klövern during 2003 was the strong expansion and display of entrepreneurial spirit. At the beginning of the year the company had 80 rather recently acquired properties with an aggregate book value of SEKm 1,876 and a mere 17 employees. One year later the company has 103 properties valued at SEKm 2,890 and 37 employees. At the same time a large number of properties in non-priority locations have been sold. The company today has a well-functioning organization and stands well prepared to meet the challenges of 2004 and beyond.
