New lettings in Karlstad and Norrköping
Klövern is continuing its successful letting work. In Karlstad a
ten-year lease contract has been entered into with the Municipality
of Karlstad and in Norrköping a five-year lease contract with WSP.
These leases produce an annual rent of SEK 1.6bn and SEK 1.5bn
The municipality of Karlstad is moving in March 2010 into the
municipality’s appliance centre consisting of 1,700 sq.m.at the
property Bromsen 6 in the district Våxnäs. This space will contain
offices, reception, workshop and conference facilities.
WSP, which is an analysis and technology company, will rent 1,200
sq.m. of flexible and light office, conference and meeting rooms at
Kopparhammaren 2 from 1 March 2010. Other tenants at the property are
several technology companies among others Logica, Norman and
