Management changes at Klövern

Britt-Marie Einar has been appointed as Deputy CEO in charge of investor
relations and Mattias Rickardsson as CFO of Klövern.

Britt-Marie Einar will continue to be in charge of finance and information and
Mattias Rickardsson is responsible for transactions.

The executive management consists, apart from the above and the CEO Gustaf
Hermelin, also of:

Thomas Nilsson, IT and Real Estate Manager and Deputy CEO
Elisabeth Norling, Personnel and Environmental Manager
P.G. Sabel, Unit Manager at Kista and Täby

The previous CFO and Deputy CEO Caesar Åfors will continue to work part-time at
Klövern focusing on growth issues.
