Klövern has let 1,850 sq.m. at the project property Kopparhammaren 7, right in the centre of Norrköping Science Park. These lettings are focused on the visualization area; at the year-end 2010/2011, for example, the cinema Cnema is opening. The total annual rent is SEK 4.2 million.
In all, there are three separate lettings although with a common denominator, they all have links to the area of visualization. The property Kopparhammaren along Kungsgatan consists of almost 4,500 sq.m. of which the Municipality of Norrköping leases around 1,000 sq.m. for the cinema Cnema. Cnema is the part of the Municipality of Norrköping that works with and is responsible for the public activity showing films at the cinema and the media lab for children and young people. The lease has a term of 15 years. Klövern’s property is adjacent to Norrköping Visualization Centre, which opens in May.
Klövern has furthermore let around 650 sq.m., to the IT company Gaia. The lease has a five-year term and moving-in is expected to take place in April 2011.
The third letting, consisting of approximately 200 sq.m., is to the company Effektfabriken which, among other things, produces corporate films. The tenant is expected to move in, in April 2011 and the lease has a three-year term.

Klövern intends to invest a total of SEK 71 million in the property, of which these three projects account for approximately SEK 36 million.
