The lease contract with ICA includes both data centre and offices. The tenant will move in at the latest in November 2009.

Klövern is the largest property owner in Kista and owns 245,000 sq.m., mainly offices as well as industrial and warehouse facilities. The tenants include the new exhibition and events centre Kistamässan, whose permanent entrance on Kistagången has recently opened, and Ericsson’s head office.
