Klövern AB has sold seven properties for a total sales price of SEK 165 million with a gain of SEK 22 million. Three of the properties are located in Falun and one each in Bollnäs, Borgholm, Enköping and Örebro. The properties have a total letting area of 21,000 sq.m.
The properties in Falun are being acquired by the property company Masmästaren while the other properties are being sold to different local property owners. The gain will be included in Klövern AB’s earnings for the second quarter of 2004. The sales mean that Klövern is winding up its unit in Falun.
“The sales are the result of successful letting and development work, which together make possible further acquisitions in attractive cities”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin. “The next step in Klövern’s expansion will be the establishment in Västerås where we are taking possession of properties for SEK 900 million in August.”
