Klövern sells shares in Diös

Klövern has sold the total holding in Diös, 2.158.700 shares, to Brinova at the closing price as per October 27 SEK 31.70, totalling SEK 68 million. The sales price exceeds most recently reported fair value by SEK 5 million, which will affect the profit for the fourth quarter of 2006.
