The properties consist of almost 10,000 sq.m. Three of the properties have been sold to newly-established tenant-owner associations in Västerås. Two commercial properties in Linköping with large vacancies have been sold for reconstruction as primarily housing. The other two properties are located in Kristianstad and Mörbylånga respectively.
