The sale consists of eleven properties in Kalmar and four properties in Eskilstuna with a total area of almost 89,000 sq.m. The properties are being handed over on 2 April 2007 and the realised change in value will effect the profit during the second quarter 2007. In connection with taking over the properties, Dagon will also take over all employees in these units.
“We have decided to focus on ten units with a view to concentrating resources at places where we currently consider the development potential for Klövern to be greatest”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
Klövern has also sold part of Koljan 24 in Kalmar to Klövern’s present head of unit in Kalmar. The sales price is SEK 10 million, which exceeds the most recently reported fair value by around SEK 1 million.
