Klövern sells properties for SEK 120 million

Klövern sells two properties in Lomma and Alingsås for a total of SEK 120 million.

Klövern sells the property Fodret 14 in Alingsås to the local property company Ekström Fastigheter i Alingsås AB.

Transfer of possession of the property Vinstorp 26:58 in Lomma will be on 1 October whereas transfer of possession of the property Fodret 14 in Alingsås will be on 1 November.

After the divestments Klövern no longer has any properties in the municipalities of Lomma and Alingsås.
