Klövern sells Norrland properties to Diös

The properties consist of over 43 000 sq.m. The value is around SEK 187m and the rental value approximately SEK 35m. Transfer of possession of the properties is expected to take place during the first quarter of 2006. “With this sale, Klövern is leaving all places north of Uppsala which will mean a further concentration of our property portfolio to our main markets”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin and continues. “At the same time, the transaction means that we are participating in redrawing the Swedish property map and obtaining further opportunities to good value development value through our ownership stake in Diös.”
