Klövern sells four properties for SEK 63 million

Klövern has in three separate transactions sold four properties in Karlstad, Landskrona, Sollefteå and Härnösand. The total purchase price amounts to SEK 63 million.

In Karlstad the property Gripen 11 was divested, in Landskrona the property Ratten 6, in Sollefteå the property Föraren 3 and in Härnösand the property Cedern 1. The total lettable area of the properties amounts to around 9,900 sq.m.

Transfer of possession of Ratten 6 was on 28 May, whereas transfer of possession of Gripen 11, Föraren 3 and Cedern 1 will be on 1 July.

After the divestment of Ratten 6 Klövern no longer has any properties in Landskrona.
