Klövern sells at a profit

The two residential properties are situated in Västerås and the other properties in Uppsala and Kalmar respectively. The purchaser is a local player in all cases. As a consequence of the sale in Uppsala, Klövern is winding up its unit in the city. Klövern’s unit in Eskilstuna will then take over responsibility for the remaining properties in Uppsala.
“In accordance with our business model, we have decided to sell the completely developed properties when there was a good opportunity to do so”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
During the first quarter of 2005, Klövern has acquired an industrial/warehouse property in Borås for SEK 20 million.
