Klövern AB (publ) has signed a contract to sell a centrally located office and retail property in Linköping for SEK 134 million.
The property, Decimalen 16, consists of 4,700 sq.m. offices and retail. The property is located on Repslagaregatan in central Linköping and includes among other the tenants Systembolaget and Cervera. The sale has taken place in corporate form and the property will be handed over on June 28. The buyer is Fastighets AB L E Lundberg.
