Klövern AB (publ) has signed a contract for sale of a centrally located property in Borås for SEK 45 million.
The property Nestor 1 consists of around 2,500 sq.m. of office and retail premises. The property, with, among others, Lindex as tenant, is located on Lilla Brogatan in central Borås. The sale is taking place in corporate form with transfer of possession on 3 December. The positive realised change in value amounts to SEK 3 million, which will be listed in the books for the fourth quarter of 2012.
“We are continuing our work of concentrating our portfolio and are selling this property with a good return”, says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.
