Klövern publishes addendum prospectus

Klövern AB (publ) announced on 26 April an issuance of an unsecured bond loan of SEK 500 million. The bond loan has a variable interest of three-month STIBOR plus 4.00 per cent with final maturity in 2017. The bond loan has a framework amount of SEK 2 000 million.
                                                                                                          
Klövern has in relation thereto prepared an addendum prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument). The prospectus will be available at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and Klövern’s website (kelly.corem.se). Paper copies may be obtained at Klövern’s registered office.
