Klövern lets premises at Uppsala Business Park

Orexo’s lease includes offices, production and laboratory facilities. Orexo will start the process of moving in at the beginning of January 2007, which will continue for the rest of the year.
Orexo is a rapidly-growing company which has been based in Uppsala since the start in 1995. The move to Uppsala Business Park means that Orexo will become established in customised premises in an expansive and creative environment with good communications. Other Life Science companies in the area include for example AMO, Fresenius Kabi, Biovitrum, GE-Biacore, Phadia and Kemwell.
“The letting to Orexo is the largest of the nine leases entered into since Klövern took over the property Fyrislund 6:6 in May this year. Uppsala Business Park is on its way to becoming established as one of the leading Life Science centres in the Nordic area”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
