Klövern leases and acquires in Linköping

Expert is leasing over 2,000 sq.m. of office premises from Klövern at Wallenbergs gata 4 in Mjärdevi in Linköping, taking possession on 1 February 2005.

 

At the same time, Klövern is taking over Expert’s property at Roxengatan in Linköping. The purchase price for this property is SEK 35 million and Klövern will take possession of the property on 1 March 2005. This property consists of 15,000 sq.m. where Expert will remain partly as a tenant with storage/logistics premises.

 

“This transaction is a very good example of how Klövern works at the local level and is in line with our business concept. We acquire a property with development potential and can at the same time offer the vendor fresh and suitable premises in one of our existing properties”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
