Klövern is creating an exhibition centre in Kista

The exhibition centre has signed a ten-year lease for 14,000 sq.m. The project start is in April 2007 and the centre is expected to move into the premises in August 2008. The centre will be located at the property Lidarände 1 in central Kista, with Ericsson’s head office as one of the nearest neighbours. Klövern’s investment is calculated at SEK 130 million and the direct yield of the property, after completion of the project, is estimated to be 6.5 per cent. The lease agreement is conditional on a decision on a new local plan.
