Klövern is acquiring six properties in Norrköping

The seller is Ateneum AB and possession will be taken of the properties on 1 December 2005. In connection with this acquisition, Klövern is also taking over seven employees, four of whom work in the conference facility at one of the properties. Initial direct yield is approximately 7.5 per cent.
“The acquisition in Norrköping is wholly in accord with Klövern’s strategy of increasing the portfolio at existing locations”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin. “The acquisition includes a number of properties with great development potential.”
Due to this acquisition, Klövern is holding a press conference at the entrance of the Pronova building, S:t Persgatan 19, in Norrköping at 2 pm today.
