Klövern divests the properties Huddinge Opalen 40, Huddinge Luna 1, Stockholm Båglampan 35 and Sollentuna Sjöhjälten 2 for a total purchase price of SEK 171 million. The total lettable area of the properties amounts to around 18,600 sq.m. and consists mostly of office space with elements of warehouse space.
The buyer is Stendörren Fastigheter AB. Klövern will as a partial payment receive shares in the company corresponding to around SEK 40 million.
Transfer of possession will be during Q1 of 2015.
