Klövern divests properties and concentrates its portfolio

2013-06-26

Klövern has in separate transactions divested three properties in Landskrona, Mark and Norrköping for around SEK 70 million. These sales entail a concentration, geographically and in terms of type of property, of Klövern’s portfolio.

Divestment of the three properties means that Klövern will leave the municipality of Mark, reduce its portfolio in Landskrona to one property and divest a central retail and residential property in Norrköping.

Ownership of the property in Landskrona was transferred on 13 June and the properties in Mark and Norrköping will be transferred on 1 July.

“Klövern is continuing the concentration of its property portfolio initiated at the end of 2012. The aim is to achieve a high level of efficiency and profitability in our administration”, says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.
