Klövern divests a property in Helsingborg for SEK 110 million

In order to further focus the property portfolio Klövern has divested the property Triangeln 3 in Helsingborg. The property, which is located south of the center of Helsingborg, consists of building rights for both housing and commercial with a total volume of around 65,000 sq.m. (gross area).
Transfer of possession will be on 7 March.
Nordier Property Advisors has been adviser to Klövern.
