Klövern continues developing Kista


The lease agreement with Street Sweden AB has a term of five years
and is for a total of approximately 1,200 sq.m. Street is expected to
move in in April 2007. The restaurant will be located in central
Kista, with the new exhibition centre Kistamässan as its closest
neighbour. Klövern’s investment is estimated at around SEK 18

Street now runs a market place and restaurant at Hornstulls Strand
and is planning to establish in, among others, Malmö as well as
Kista. Street Restaurang’s idea is to serve ecological food produced
locally. The restaurant was nominated in the spring for the
Gulddraken [Golden Kite] restaurant prize. Street was also awarded
the Stockholm prize in 2006 for having made a positive contribution
to making the Hornstull area more culturally alive.

Nokia’s Swedish head office is moving to the same property as Street
in autumn 2007. Klövern has signed a new lease contract with Nokia
for approximately 5,500 sq.m. of office premises. This lease has a
term of five years and Klövern’s investments for the project are
calculated at around SEK 40 million. Tenant adaptations will start
immediately and are expected to be completed in September 2007. At
the same time, Nokia will leave its present premises at the property
Helgafjäll 7.
