Klövern concentrates its portfolio – sells properties in Eskilstuna and Höganäs


Klövern AB is selling one property in Eskilstuna and one in Höganäs. The total sale price is SEK 22 million.
In Höganäs, the property Lerberget 63:4, consisting of workshop and warehouse premises of 3,500 sq.m., is being sold with transfer of possession on December 2012. In Eskilstuna, the property Nötknäpparen 24, consisting of around 2,300 sq.m. retail premises have been sold with transfer of possession on 1 October 2012. Both properties have been acquired by local actors in the respective market.

“The sale of the properties in Eskilstuna and Höganäs is part of the ongoing concentration of the property portfolio after acquisition of the real estate company Dagon previously this year”, says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.
