The property Boländerna 21:5 in Uppsala is being vacated on 1 November 2004. The purchaser is Nordea Liv. The acquired property Matrosen 1 in Kalmar is also being taken possession of on 1 November 2004. The lettable area is 2,200 sq.m. and the yield approximately 10 per cent.
