Klövern has acquired three properties, two in Nyköping and one in
Örebro for SEK 45 million. The acquisition in Nyköping consists of
two well-known properties Nyköpings Bruk 1 which includes a
conference facility and the Qvarnen restaurant and Kungshagen 1:6
with Hamnmagasinet and Hälsomagasinet. The acquired property in
Örebro, Importören 2, contains mainly office and retail premises. All
properties have been taken possession of.
Klövern has sold two properties, Järnhandlaren 2 in Nyköping to the
tenant Sörmlands Sparbank and Härden 3 in Karlstad to a local tenant.
The sales price of the properties is SEK 19 million and the realised
change in value of SEK 4 million will be reported in the last quarter
of 2007. Both properties have been vacated.
