Klövern appeals against district court judgment

The district court has entered a judgment against Klövern in a dispute between Klövern AB and Kommanditaktieselskapet Pakhus D+E. The case concerns a guarantee undertaking from 2000 relating to a rental agreement for a subsidiary of former Adcore AB (name changed in 2002 to Klövern AB). The judgment pronounced today means that Klövern has been ordered to pay Pakhus approximately SEK 16 million. Klövern will appeal against the judgment to Svea Court of Appeal.
