Klövern acquires properties in Västerås

The properties consist of a total of just over 21,000 sq.m. and the seller is the LjungbergGruppen. The date of taking possession of the properties is 1 September 2005. The letting ratio is just over 60 per cent. Klövern has also sold a property in Eskilstuna for SEK 8 million, which exceeds the most actual value by SEK 2 million.
