Klövern has acquired two properties in Uppsala and one property in Örebro for a total of around SEK 180 million.
The properties Kungsängen 24:3 and 29:1 in Uppsala are two centrally located retail and office properties with Willys as the largest tenant. Total lettable area amounts to around 10,700 sq.m.
In Örebro the property Vindrutan 1, consisting of 1,300 sq.m. of restaurant and retail area, is acquired.
Transfer of possession will be on 29 November.
