The property Knarrarnäs 3 in Kista is being taken possession of today, 30 January. The vendor is Diligentia. The property consists of 7,100 sq.m. mainly office space. This acquisition complements and reinforces Klövern’s presence in what will be Jan Stenbecks Torg alongside the shopping mall Kista Galleria. The occupancy rate is 80 per cent.
The property in Västerås, Sigurd 7, will be taken possession of on 18 December 2009. The property is next to Klövern’s property Sigurd 3 and both properties are adjacent to the railway approach, opposite the station building. The vendor is NCC. The property now consists of 3,200 sq.m. of industrial and warehouse premises as well as 14,350 sq.m. of building rights, providing substantial development potential in central Västerås. The property is at present vacant.
