The properties consisting of around 8,300 sq.m. will be taken possession of during the first quarter of 2008. Rental value amounts to approximately SEK 8 million and, at the time of taking possession, the financial occupancy rate is approximately 60 per cent. The vendor is Sagax.
After the acquisition, the property portfolio in Kista consists of 23 properties with a total of around 260,000 sq.m.
