Klövern has signed a contract to acquire four properties in Kalmar for SEK 100 million.
Total lettable area amounts to around 13,500 sq.m. and consists of office, retail and warehouse space. Transfer of possession of the properties, which are fully leased, will be on 1 July.
“The acquisition fits Klövern well and complements our existing portfolio in Kalmar”, says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.
