Klövern acquires properties in Borås and Norrköping

The three properties in Borås mainly comprise of industrial and warehouse premises of just over 7,000 sq.m. The development property acquired in Norrköping consists of approximately 45,000 sq.m.of land in the out-of-town retail area Ingelstad. The residential properties sold in Linköping consist of a total of 3,200 sq.m. The sales price exceeds the most recently reported actual value by SEK 2 million, which will affect Klövern’s result in the third quarter of 2005.
