Klövern acquires properties for SEK 56 million and sells for SEK 23 million

In two separate transactions Klövern has acquired one property in Mölndal and one property in Norrköping. The total lettable area of the two entities amounts to 3,900 sq.m. and consists of office, retail and warehouse space. The total purchase price amounts to SEK 56 million. Transfer of possession of both properties, which are fully let, is on 2 December.
In Karlskrona the property Hammaren 1 has been divested for SEK 23 million. Transfer of possession was on 1 December.
