Klövern purchases the properties Karossen 5 and 19 in Örebro from Länsgården Fastigheter AB.
The lettable area amounts to around 17,800 sq.m. and consists primarily of office and educational premises.
Transfer of possession will be on 1 March 2015. The acquisition is subject to approval from the regional board and regional council in Örebro county.
