Klövern acquires Nordicom Sverige AB


Klövern has signed a contract to acquire the property company Nordicom Sverige AB including six properties at a value of SEK 320 million. The properties are located in Linköping, Norrköping, Västerås and Växjö.

The property portfolio, with a total of 45,000 sq.m. and building rights of 15,000 sq.m., will be taken possession of on 1 October 2012. They include offices, retail premises, warehouse and workshop premises. The largest tenant is Alstom which rents properties in Västerås and Växjö on long leases. The occupancy rate is 88 per cent.
