Klövern acquires and sells


The acquisition in Västerås consists of a development property comprising of approximately 10,000 sq.m. of which the major part used for industry and warehousing at present. The vendor is NCC. The property in Karlstad of approximately 7,000 sq.m. consists mainly of offices and the vendor is a local property owner.
“The new properties will complement our existing holding geographically and enhance our ability to offer potential tenants attractive and suitable premises with good communications”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
The divested property in Vadstena consists mainly housing and totals 1,400 sq.m. The sales price of SEK 11 million exceeds the most recently reported actual value by SEK 1 million.
