Klövern acquires the property Aprikosen 2 in Solna.
The total lettable area amounts to around 35,200 sq.m. and consists primarily of office space. The building is currently undergoing major renovation for a number of new tenants, among others Santander, Toyota and BP. Among other tenants, Bristol-Myers Squibb och GlaxoSmithKline can be mentioned.
Transfer of possession will be on 1 October.
