Klövern acquires a property in Partille


Klövern has acquired the logistics property Lexby 11:236 in Partille for around SEK 126 million.

The property of around 14,700 sq.m., located beside the E20 highway, is a modern logistics facility containing Lindex’s central warehouse and sales office. The remaining period of the lease is approximately nine years.

Klövern has reinforced its presence in the Gothenburg area by various acquisitions in 2012 and 2013. After the purchase of the Lexby property, Klövern has 17 properties with a value of SEK 1,291 million in the Gothenburg area.

Klövern has appointed MAQS Law Firm as legal adviser. Transfer of possession will be on 31 May.
