Klövern acquires a property in Nyköping

The property company Klövern is continuing its investment in Nyköping
by acquisition of Länsförsäkringar’s property on Västra Storgatan.
The purchase price is SEK 36 million.

The office property, consisting of around 3,600 sq.m. will be taken
possession of on 1 October 2007. Rental value amounts to SEK
3.5 million and, at the time of taking possession, the financial
occupancy rate is 100 per cent, which gives an initial direct yield
of around 6.7 per cent. The vendor and the largest tenant is
Länsförsäkringar Södermanland.”This acquisition complements our existing portfolio in Nyköping and
enhances our ability to develop this well-situated block which forms
the western entrance to central Nyköping”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf
Hermelin.
