The office property, consisting of around 3,600 sq.m. will be taken possession of on 1 October 2007. Rental value amounts to SEK 3.5 million and, at the time of taking possession, the financial occupancy rate is 100 per cent, which gives an initial direct yield of around 6.7 per cent. The vendor and the largest tenant is Länsförsäkringar Södermanland.
