Klövern has acquired a property in Mölndal just south of central Gothenburg for SEK 490 million. The acquisition is taking place in corporate form.
The property Hästägaren 3 consists of office and logistics premises of around 48,000 sq.m. and serves as KappAhls’ head office and central warehouse. A 15-year lease has been signed in conjunction with the purchase. The property will be taken possession of at the latest at the end of November.
