Klövern acquires a property in Kista

Klövern AB (publ) has signed a contract to acquire a property on Kistagången in Kista for SEK 114 million. The office property will be taken possession of on 29 June.
The property Borgarfjord 4, which is a site leasehold, consists of 15,500 sq.m. of offices. The property, which is fully let, is adjacent to several of Klövern’s existing properties in central Kista. The acquisition has taken place in corporate form and is to approximately 65 per cent paid for by a new issue of preference shares.
