Klövern acquires a property in Karlstad

Klövern is expanding in Karlstad through acquisition of the office property Kanoten 7 for SEK 125 million. The property consists of approximately 10 000 sq.m. and the seller is Kungsleden.
“Through the acquisition of this modern property we are strengthening our position in the expansive Kanikenäset”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
