Klövern acquires a property at Frösunda, Stockholm

Klövern AB (publ) has signed a contract to acquire a property at Frösunda, Stockholm, for SEK 510 million. The office property, which will be taken possession of on 5 July, is being acquired in corporate form.
The property Hilton 3, with three office buildings, was built in 2003 and consists of a total of 18,500 sq.m. of which 17,000 sq.m. are offices. The property has a diversified tenant structure with a large number of well-known tenants. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 50 million. The occupancy ratio is over 90 per cent. The property is well situated, adjacent to the E4 highway, in the best location in Frösunda’s office area.

“We regard the fact that the property is not directly adjacent to any of Klövern’s existing properties as positive in this case. I am pleased that, with these fine and flexible buildings we have also succeeded in becoming established at the best location in the Frösunda/Solna area. The property is a longed-for complement to Klövern’s Stockholm portfolio. It broadens Klövern’s rental offering, while further diversifying our rental base in a positive way”, says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.
